Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payments

To confirm any tour package or service, a minimum advance payment of 20% to 50% (depending on the package/destination) of the total tour cost must be paid. The remaining balance should be cleared at least 15 days prior to the travel date or as per the specific payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made 30 days or more before travel: 10% of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellation made 15 to 29 days before travel: 25% of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellation made 7 to 14 days before travel: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellation made less than 7 days before travel: 100% of the total tour cost (No Refund).

3. Documentation & Visas

Travelers are responsible for providing valid passports (with at least 6 months validity) and necessary documentation for visa processing. Nainika Holidays provides assistance but is not liable for visa rejections by embassies. In case of rejection, the embassy's visa fee remains non-refundable.

4. Liability & Insurance

Nainika Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (Hotels, Airlines, Transporters). We are not responsible for delays, accidents, loss of baggage, or health issues during the trip. We highly recommend all travelers to purchase Comprehensive Travel Insurance.

5. Force Majeure

Nainika Holidays shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
